- Best Argued Solution - The solution that made the most sense and was backed up clearly with evidence supporting it.
- Best Conclusion - The conclusion that did the best job to motivate you to act or moved you emotionally.
- Best Overall Presentation - The presentation that was most professionally & clearly presented in all areas.

- Each group must write a Proposal for a Bill (Law) on your Public Policy Topic that you would like to see passed. Make a copy of this document, type in your info and print out. - Due when presentations end.
- You & Your Group are the Sponsors of the Bill
- Avoid Opinions - Describe what the bill will do specifically if passed
- Estimate the costs for this bill and how you'll propose paying for it.
- Say when the Bill will go into effect
